Hey guys first of all im from germany and so dont be so serious with my english im really new to this whole programme but however i love it already
I dont have any shortcurts on my desktop just all in the launcher.

The problem is that the order of the icons is really strange.

For example i have 11 shortcurts in one group and it seems the programm has always somekind of fixed order in a group of 4, so that the numbers in the file explorer you know that icon number [001] etc. have a special order like this:

[001] [003] [005] [007]
[002] [004] [006] [008]

hope you can see what i mean.

so my problem actually is, that if i do have an uneven number it will look like this:

[001] [003] [005] [007]
[002] [004] [006] [008]

[009]
[010]

but i prefer it would look like this

[001] [002] [003] [004] ....

so that i dont have 2 lines more for 2 icons.
(i use the small icons with the name next to the icon)

Hi, your English is not bad (better than my English), I can understand what your mean.

The method you metioned to sort the icons is good, however, it is complicated for me to do the algorithm to calculcate the icons postion if there is a combine of different size icons. I may try to do it in the future if I able to find the easy algorithm to do that.

Currently you have to sort the icon in the following method, in order for you to get a,b,c in line 1, and d,e,f in line 2
[001] a [003] b [005] c
[002] d [004] e [006] f

Yes that would be a good solution for ordering them link i want, but how can i fix the size problem?

I have every icon at the same size (small ones) but if one line is finished i get 2 lines for 2 icons like this:

and i take the example you give me:

[001] a [003] b [005] c [007] d
[002] e [004] f [006] g [008] h

[009] i
[010] j

but is it possible to make it look like this:

[001] a [003] b [005] c [007] d
[002] e [004] f [006] g [008] h

[009] i [010] j

because it blows my group size

Currently each row in the 8start cannot have the half icon height, it alway filled with the full line. So u may see the blank line there (half height).
I may try to enhance 8start to solve this problem.
