I dont know if it can be done but i use two proxy servers at work and have Internet Explorer using one and Firefox using the other.

Some of my favourites only work through IE (mainly work related (and monitored)) and others only work through Firefox (a proxy used by the public so not monitored as much (which i use for non-work related stuff))

How can i setup my links so they use the correct program for the links. At the moment they all use Firefox

If IE Tab Add-ons for Firefox can't solve your problem...
