Different LaunchPad for different users

I have 4 different users on my Vista PC and want to have each user with a different set of menus. As the settings are under the install directory off the root of C: and not in the user profiles how can i best go about having a separate configuration for each user.

Problem already known, for each user you must create a copy of 8start ...
