ALL settings were wiped out!
I now have to spend a lot of time re-setting up all shortcuts.
Really disappointed....

Did I miss a step in the upgrade to version 1.8?

Have you checked inside program files, if you have only one 8start folder?

Yes, only one 8start Launcher folder, but TWO 'Setting' folders.
Really weird, after re-setting up all my shortcuts, I re-booted and when 8start launched
most of my original shortcuts re-appeared!
No idea why, but I will now backup the 8start folders before upgrading to a new version in the future.

I believe maybe you install the new version in the folder which is not same as old version. In order to keep the old setting, new version need to be installed in same folder as old version.
