I don't understand the difference between Categories and Groups.
On the help page in the first example shown it seems that they are the same. For example; Player and Communication (which are in the Groups column) seem to be the same as General, Games, and Programming (which are shown in the Categories column).
What is the difference? What is the intent?
Please advise.

Categories is a 1st level grouping and Group is the 2nd level grouping. Gategories is use like a pages, you can have many groups in a category.
When you click Games, Programming, it should display different set of groups.
