Unable to download

Hey, this looks like a great utility, but unfortunately the download link doesn't appear to work??

I've tried it in Firefox, IE and Safari.

Help!!

In download page, click the "download site" which is located below the file size.
New download site window will be launched, some browser may block the pop up window, you may need to press ctrl while click the link.
Or you can go to www.freewarefiles.com, search for 8start launcher.
