unable to organise buttons

I have used 8 start for some time but in the last few weeks my harddrive failed on me forcing me to get a new one.. on my new drive I have a fresh install of windows xp pro but 8start wont let me organise or add new buttons whenever I try it shuts itself down showing me the send or do not send error report to windows but all the other buttons under menu work except for organise button

MY system specs are :
100 GB 2.5"Segate HD
Nvidia Geforce 5200
Intel 1.4GHz centrino
Windows XP PRO

there it is I havent installed anything really
the 2 8 start icons on the taskbar one is a left over from the force shut down

I found the special ascii code 'u'torrent in your desktop. can you try rename it to uTorrent.
Let me know if this cause the problem, so I will fix in the next version of 8start.
