Minimize at startup

I like that 8start starts with windows, but I don't usually need it right away so I hide it.
It would be nice to have an option for 8start to minimize (or hide) on startup.

In progress... (however I still recommend to let 8start appear at startup because normally we shall open our favorite program at startup)

Due to some technique limitation, many spare time spent on the feature which you suggested, but I failed to do that
