Thanks for the suggestion, due to the programming limitation, the menu with icon is not easily to do.
I have checked some articles, the suggestion mentioned can be done by some special coding, but it may let program become unstable.
I believe in one day I can find the best solution
Good news is, this suggestion let me think of the taskbar icon which I can do, I have changed the taskbar icon of organize button, change skin and setting.
