First, very nice app, congrats.
Now a suggestion. Mine has around 80 different apps configured in three categories. It takes a long time to start, and my suspect is that it is reading the app icons everytime I launch it.
Why don't you cache them to speed things? Give an option to refresh the icons in case we changed something.

Thanks for your suggestion, Yes, 8start need to load all icons at the startup. I have plan to add in the startup cache feature, but due to the difficulty and I am now still focus on the whole new feature in version 1.6, this feature will still in the queue.
