I think that last thing for me to make this perfect would be the ability to drag a program icon on the desktop or where ever and just set it into the 8start application where I want it.

Anyone else like to see this feature?

Yes, it would be a great improvement. But today I do this with "Open File Explorer", this works for me good enough.
